CREDIT REPORT




It is prepared upon request by the interested party, usually for a firm – present or potential borrower or a commercial partner. The credit report facilitates also the choice of a firm suitable for capital or strategic investment. The credit report contains information and an opinion on the creditworthiness of a particular firm. Two versions of the credit report are offered – a standard credit report and a brief credit report.

The contents of the credit reports are as follows:


Brief credit report:

  • General information about the firm: name, address data, registrations and licences, ownership structure, management structure, branches, representative offices, object of activities;
  • Recommendable credit limit, notes/recommendations.

Standard credit report:

  • General information about the firm: name, address data, registrations and licences, ownership structure, management structure, branches, representative offices, object of activities;
  • Financial information based on the annual financial statements, financial analysis, including: current liquidity, profitability, cost effectiveness, leverage;
  • Comparative analysis of the main financial indicators of the firm and the respective industry;
  • Information about some qualitative indicators regarding the firm’s activities, such as: management, morale with respect to settling payments, payment forms applied, local and international markets, influence by clients and suppliers;
  • Conclusion: recommendable credit limit, trend of development, notes/recommendations.
